Pitch Work for Henderson Land Development upcoming project’s communication in To Kwa Wan.

The architecture and interior design of the property are heavily influenced by cruise and nautical elements. The property will be a tall modern building which stands out strongly in a relatively old neighbourhood.

 

This idea brand the property as a signature landmark in the area. The property with its elegant cruise design will be iconic compared to the short old buildings in the area.

以突顯其主艦、旗艦的非凡地位,

如海上的皇者一樣,矚目九龍中的半空。

CAPE 63,氣勢猶如一艘名艦、郵輪的稱號,

Cape 亦指海上最突出、最主要之陸地,

是引領航道的重要地標;

以 63 號地段演繹其獨有地位,更顯非同凡響。

CAPE 63 名艦,將成為首個郵輪式住宅的旗艦之作,

地標式都會生活的新指標。

KEY VISUALS FEATURING FASHION STYLING

This set of key visuals speak boldness, chic and urban style. The frequent use of diagonal lines to create a modern look and feel is inspired by the unique architecture of the property. At first, we will launch the teaser version on the left which creates mysterious feeling to draw people’s attention. Later, the other two key visuals will be launched as well to sell the stylish and unique lifestyle of Cape 63.

SELLING THE ARCHITECTURE

Beside  the iconic and chic style, we also want to sell the physical property itself. The most special feature about this property its the resemblance of a cruise, especially the cabin-like clubhouse on the top of the building. Even in the interior, the details and touch are inspired by the cruise living style. We’d like that to be reflected on our communications e.g. OOH and Sales Brochure.
